Q: How accurate is your Kanji?
A: Our Kanji is very accurate. We have been painting Kanji in various forms for over 8 years. If we are not familiar with a particular request, we use at least 5 different sources to verify the appropriate Kanji to be used. Making sure our Kanji is correct is what we are about – it’s our reputation and we will not make any compromises.
Q: What length are the necklaces?
A: We offer our necklaces in a variety of lengths that you pick at the time of ordering. We also offer ‘Custom Sizing – email us”. This means we will size the necklace whatever length you would like – just email us with the length you would like.
Q: How do I know what length of necklace to order?
A: You can take a string or shoelace, wrap it around your neck and pinch it together where you would like the pendant to hang. Then measure your string or shoelace and that will give you your necklace size.
Q: How do I know what size of bracelet to order?
A: You can use a material measuring tape or just a string, even a shoe string and wrap it around your wrist and then measure the string with a ruler. You want to make sure that you order a size larger than your actual wrist measurement otherwise your bracelet might be too tight. Example: you measure your wrist and it is 6 inches around – your should order a bracelet that is 6 1/2 inches in size.
Q: What size are the pendants?
A: The pendants are 45 mm (approx. 1.75 inches long) and 15 mm (1/2 inch) wide. We slightly bend the bracelet pendants so that they are a better fit for your wrist.
Q: How does the necklace clasp?
A: We use a strong magnetic clasp – secure, easy to put on and easy to take off.
Q: How do the bracelets clasp?
A: The men’s bracelets clasp with a stainless steel adjustable shackle. The unisex bracelets clasp using a strong magnetic clasp.
Q: Will the paint come off the pendants?
A: The short answer is no. We have done extensive testing and use a very high quality paint specifically made for the kind of work we do. We have all worn our bracelets and necklaces for everyday use as part of our testing and the pendants show no sign of wear. We have run our pendants under hot water and have even rubbed them with paint thinner and the paint will not come off.
Q: Once I place my order, how long will it be before I receive my necklace/bracelet?
A: All of our necklaces/bracelets are made to order. That is, you place your order, we hand paint the Kanji you would like and then we make and size your necklace/bracelet. Accordingly, we need two days to prepare your order and then we ask that you allow 10 days for shipping in the continental U.S.A. or Canada.
Q: Do you offer world wide shipping?
A: Yes we ship world wide – shipping costs and shipping times will vary depending on the country of origin.
Q: I want to buy a necklace/bracelet as a gift, can you ship it directly to the person I want to give it to?
A: Yes we can. If you are not given an option to ship to an address other than your billing address then please email us with your name and what you purchased and the name and address of the person you want it shipped to.
Q: How do I get a Coupon?
A: Check out our Coupon page – we offer a wide variety of coupons – get a code and then enter the code at the time of purchase.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want our customers to be happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please return your item to us in the same condition you received it and we will give you a full refund. You have 20 days to return you item to take advantage of our full refund policy.
